Adrian worked incredibly hard to have the ramp complete for Easter, as we were told by rehab, “if the ramp was complete, Adrian could come home”. Easter Sunday was the best day we have had for five months and to have the family together again was amazing. I thank Adrian and Kevin for this.

From the very first desperate phone call from me, to super prompt and thorough email communication about what options they could provide for a bathtub cut down, the PIP team were amazing. Ted came out within the next week and completed the customised bathtub cut down on the same day. Both dad and I were extremely happy with Ted’s lovely demeanour, great advice and superb workmanship; we still can’t believe he managed it in one day. I would highly recommend the PIP team! The bath cut out was completed to enable my 89 year old mother to remain in and shower safely in her own home. It was a cast iron bath inside brick so quite complex to cut through. The job was completed within 1.5 days and very professionally done. I highly recommend this company to anyone – great job !!!

We recently installed the Therm-Oz system for my Autistic son and he loves it. With his sensory issues, the set temperature has taken away the stress of having a shower. No longer dose he spend forever trying to get the temperature just right, it’s already set and he just has to turn on the tap…..perfect 👍

Personal Independence Providers have been my go to builders for home modifications for older adults, since the start of the year. My bathroom modifications couldn’t have come out any better. The professionalism of PIP and their staff especially Brad and Martin were second to none. The job was assessed and recommendations presented that not only gave me easy access to the whole bathroom, it also removed all of the risks and obstacles that were present when negotiating the area with my wheelchair. Tradies arrived on time and performed their job efficiently and without fuss. Everything was explained to me and no question went unanswered. My fixtures and fittings were reinstalled exactly where I had asked and attention to detail was excellent. Now my bathroom meets my personal needs and is so easy and a pleasure to use. I would definitely recommend PIP to anyone who was considering renovating a tired old bathroom and who want and expect excellent workmanship and an excellent experience.

The guys did an amazing job of installing a bidet for one of my clients a week ago – they offered a great price in comparison to others on the market and still provided wonderful quality. They made it easy for us due to providing plumbing and electrical work too – not just the bidet like some other stores, and they were polite, professional and available – which I love!
